No. We come prepared with all the essential supplies for a thorough residential and commercial cleaning, including a professional grade vacuum and specialized tools for your floors. If you have any specific product preferences for certain surfaces, simply let us know beforehand. You can indicate where the product will be located so our cleaners can easily find it.

The cost of cleaning a house or business depends on various factors such as the size, layout, specific cleaning requirements, and any additional services requested. To ensure that we offer you a precise and competitive price, we prefer to assess the premises in person. This allows us to consider all relevant details and tailor our pricing specifically to your needs. Rest assured, our goal is to provide transparent and customized pricing that aligns with the specific cleaning requirements of your space.

The cleaning time depends on factors like size. Homes take more time to deep clean, usually around 6-8 hours. Routine cleaning requires less time and focuses on maintenance. The duration of follow-up cleanings depends on your home’s size and specific needs. Our team works efficiently without compromising quality, respecting your time and leaving your home spotless.

No, in the majority of these cases, our insured professionals’ cleaners are provided with a spare key or garage code. To ensure smooth access to your home, kindly provide accurate entry instructions. Please note that lock-out fees may apply if we encounter any difficulties in gaining entry. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to deliver exceptional service.”

We have assigned two (2) cleaners to most bookings. If we feel it is necessary to have more cleaners, we will let you know.

We greatly appreciate your consideration in tipping our hardworking cleaners is entirely optional and at your discretion. We kindly request that tips be given in cash, as it is the preferred method, and rest assured that they go directly to the cleaner who serviced your home. Please note that once the service is completed, tips are nonrefundable. Your generosity is sincerely appreciated and contributes to the motivation and well-being of our dedicated cleaning professionals.

Simply select the frequency of cleaning on our booking form, and we will set everything up from there.

We value your time and convenience. If you have selected our recurring service, there is no need to contact us unless you need to make changes to your booking. After the initial deep cleaning, we will promptly inform you of your designated cleaning day and time. Please feel free to let us know your preferred day and time that works best for you, and we will accommodate your schedule accordingly. Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities, and we look forward to working with you to create a schedule that suits your needs.

Move in/move out cleaning: Our move in/move out cleaning service is specifically designed to prepare a home for new tenants. It goes beyond regular cleaning and includes a deeper level of cleaning, such as sanitizing inside empty cabinets and drawers, thoroughly cleaning fixtures, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator (if it’s empty). It’s important to note that there is an additional charge for move in/move out cleaning, which is a standard practice in the industry.

Our deep clean service is a thorough and detailed cleaning that covers all areas of your home from top to bottom. It’s an essential first step before we can begin our regular maintenance. By starting with a deep clean, we ensure that your home is in the best possible condition for routine upkeep.

While our deep clean service does not include cleaning inside the oven, cabinets, or refrigerator, we do offer these additional services at an extra cost. This way, you have the option to add on these specific areas for a more comprehensive clean if desired.
